the staff were really nice too resolve the problem promptly and efficiently. The attention to detail in the hotel's decoration was excellent, creating a visually fine atmosphere. The room, particularly the King room, was comfortable and spacious. I was really surprised by the separate toilet and shower/bathtub area, ensuring a clean and convenient experience. The breakfast, while slightly overpriced, offered a comprehensive selection and was served until late on weekends, a rarity in most hotels.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is near the center of town, making it convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. It is also close to a noisy train station, which may be a downside for some, but it makes it easier to travel around the city. there is a wonderful bar-restaurant on the 8th floor with a spectacular view, providing a great dining experience.
One minor inconvenience is that the room ventilation could be better, as it can become warm when the windows are closed to block out street noise.

Great location, good parking options. Enjoyed the bar/restaurant, popular with locals. Fun and spacious room with comfortable bed. TV connects to mobile, cool design. Recommend visiting top floor bar/restaurant for amazing views.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The hotel's unique and cool interior design really caught our attention. It was not just a regular hotel, but a place where we could find interesting activities like vintage books, a co-working space, a retro music station, and a fantastic bar on the 8th floor. The location in the city center was perfect, making it very convenient for us to explore the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the receptionists being both professional and friendly. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and an amazing shower. We also enjoyed the added amenities such as the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms. we highly recommend this hotel for a unique and comfortable stay.

The hotel was modern and the reception area was unique, with robots that provided helpful information. The staff at the reception were very helpful and made check-in and check-out easy. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, as well as a modern open plan bathroom with a rain shower and heated tiled floor. The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk away from the city center and the River Rhine.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We absolutely loved our stay at the 25Hours Hotel in Cologne. The iconic sixties building provided a fantastic backdrop for our romantic getaway. The breakfast location on the top floor offered stunning views over the city, and the selection of food was distinct and delicious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the decor added to the overall ambiance. The hotel also provided some great perks, like a usable messenger bag and a Bluetooth speaker in the room. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with its amazing views and cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to public transportation. The staff were all helpful and friendly during our stay.
We felt quite safe during our time at the hotel and had no reason to complain.

The hotel had a wonderful location, with easy access to restaurants and the underground. The panoramic view from the top floor restaurant was fine. The staff were positive and friendly, and the room had a modern and comfortable design. I especially enjoyed the big windows that allowed for fresh air and the excellent shower.
I didn't receive clear information about parking and ended up using a public lot. The HVAC system couldn't be turned off with a constant low-level noise.
